- Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations, managing account financials with precision.
- Serve as a centralized leader in strategic development and momentum, building inclusive teams across Creative, Strategy, Social, Media, and Production leadership.
- Monitor scope, manage scope creep, and identify opportunities for expansion, ensuring client satisfaction and agency growth.
- Oversee success tracking and monitoring, staying attuned to client needs and agency initiatives.
- Understand and communicate the Crispin agency initiatives and their relevance to client business, including Analytics, PR, Media, and more.
- Develop and teach the mechanics of the creative process, driving high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- Take an active role in shaping the Account Department culture, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Master effective communication skills to deliver constructive feedback and advocate for strategic and creative perspectives.
- 10+ years of advertising agency experience, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and budgetary awareness.
- Full understanding of creative processes, planning, ecom management, and media, with the ability to drive and influence client business.
