Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and manage maintenance operations within company policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Lead the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and boiler systems
    • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Facilities Management
    • Manage maintenance personnel and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Facilitate equipment spare parts inventories and coordinate with external service providers as needed

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred
    • Five plus years of management experience in a fast-paced environment required

    • Excellent communication and coaching skills
    • Ability to drive employee development and performance feedback

  • Physical Requirements
