Multidisciplinary Speech Language Therapist

Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Speech Language Pathologist to join our educational team. Located in Pacifica, California, this role offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing expertise in communication and sciences disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide SLP services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills, promoting a cohesive approach to education.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
Licenses & Certifications
- Masters Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience
