About the Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Virtual Speech Therapist to join our team. As a telehealth provider, you will work with students in need of speech and language services.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $42-$48, guaranteed weekly hours, and a 1099 position. Additionally, our clinical/technical team is available for support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students. They will develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's goals
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to address specific speech and language objectives
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive appropriate services
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
  • Stay informed about current practices and research in speech-language pathology

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a North Carolina SLP license, and at least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
