We are seeking a dedicated Care Specialist - Speech and Language to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage in Wilmington, NC. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
- Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
The estimated salary for this position is $**85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience.
