About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Contractor Management: Secure and manage construction contractor resources, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Establish and direct quality control programs, ensuring consistency with corporate construction/design standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA, FCC, and local/state regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenses, making informed investment decisions to drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Procurement, Customer Operations, and Corporate Leadership, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of construction/engineering management experience, 5+ years of construction project management experience, and 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of FTTH, HFC, and IP Networks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: SCTE/BCTE certification or equivalent, industry and vendor-specific certifications, and training.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel (75%) and occasional work in an office environment (25%). The selected candidate will be exposed to moderate noise levels and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
