The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining profitability.

**Requirements for Sous Chef Role:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

- Servsafe or Food Handler certification is desired, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
