Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain IT asset management procedures and guidelines to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
  • Participate in regular physical inventories of IT assets and utilize usage and access reports to identify and retrieve missing assets.
  • Produce reporting out of the IT inventory system as required and coordinate with IT leadership, procurement, and finance to optimize costs and budgeting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including asset management and reporting.
  • 3+ years of asset management experience or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT asset management principles and practices.
