Carpenter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Carpenter Specialist, you will be responsible for installing metal studs, drywall, doors, and hardware in commercial and industrial settings.

• Install metal studs, drywall, doors, and hardware in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate installation
• Prepare and configure tools, including ladders, measuring tapes, and hammer drill machines
• Mark and cut metal studs based on blueprints
• Draw chalk lines on metal frames to level them up
• Comply with regulatory practices and safety requirements
• Assemble and install metal stud framing
• Install acoustic ceiling and drywall
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy

• 4 years of commercial carpentry experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
• Proficiency in using metal stud, drywall, acoustic ceiling, and door and hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
