Our dedicated team travels nationwide, with technicians frequently on the road for over 300 days annually. We provide accommodations, reimburse travel expenses, and manage routine vehicle upkeep for our staff. Our projects range from small-scale installations of 10-20 vehicles to large operations involving fleets of over 3,500 vehicles, along with ongoing maintenance for companies across the country.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and skilled Assistant General Manager to enhance our operational systems and processes, aiming to boost efficiency and profitability while ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory standards. This role involves overseeing a team of 10-20 mobile technicians, maintaining high performance standards, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational functions, including field operations and inventory management.
- Assist in formulating and executing strategic and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 10-20 mobile technicians, fostering high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Analyze financial data, assist in budget development, and create financial forecasts.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- 2-4 years of managerial experience, ideally in a mobile or field service context.
- Proven track record in managing a team of 10-20 individuals, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of organizational effectiveness, operational management, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in analyzing financial data, creating budgets, and developing accurate financial forecasts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with business practices, financial principles, and compliance requirements in a mobile field service environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for project initiations and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
