About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at OnPath Credit Union. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and providing personalized financial solutions to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, online banking, and mobile banking.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve member issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and increase sales through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in achieving success.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in selling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
