Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in commercial HVAC systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC units and components.
  • Perform tests and inspections to verify functionality and compliance.
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations.
  • Propose and implement upgrades or replacements for HVAC components.
  • Document HVAC issues and completed tasks, preparing detailed reports and logs.
  • Coordinate and procure necessary materials for repairs and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
  • Strong understanding of industry codes and OSHA safety standards preferred.
  • On-the-job training and ongoing education support provided.
  • Proven work history and references required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Punctuality and professional appearance are essential.
