  • Oversee and mentor CAD Drafters to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and client standards.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize mapping software to create accurate representations of field data, sketches, and reference maps.
  • Prepare and set up survey data for field crews, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Analyze and convert survey field data as needed, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform construction layout calculations, as-built surveys, and sketches to support project requirements.
  • Prepare grade sheets, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and topographic analyses to meet project needs.
  • Develop Metes & Bounds descriptions and FEMA Elevation certificates with precision and accuracy.
  • Create Subdivision Plans and Lot Consolidation Plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Present plans and data to stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and results.
  • Perform survey traverse adjustments to ensure accuracy and precision.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in surveying, with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality plan presentations.
  • Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering, and construction industry principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and work within budget constraints.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
