Job Summary

Control Point Associates is seeking an experienced Crew Chief to lead our surveying team in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful, reliable surveying experience in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate instrument operators to ensure accurate and efficient surveying operations.
  • Conduct field calculations and sketches, and download and check data to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and take care of all company equipment and vehicles, and ensure setup is in a secure environment with proper safety precautions in place.
  • Represent the company professionally and communicate regularly with customers on site.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and strong math and computer skills.
  • Ability to expand skillsets and adapt to new technologies.
  • Highly proficient field coding for field to finish auto linework.
  • Ability to complete additional certificates, such as OSHA and Hazwoper.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work overtime as needed.
