Job Summary

Excelsior Nutrition Inc is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and ensuring the effective implementation of our HR policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Coordinate benefits and compensation programs, including 401(k) and health insurance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a comparable HR role
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and record retention guidelines
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
