Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to facilitate effective recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote optimal employee performance while adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, working with external partners to enhance employee understanding and participation.
  • Serve as the primary contact during open enrollment periods, assisting employees with any inquiries.
  • Review payroll documentation, including PTO, sick leave, and timecard discrepancies.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, partnering with managers to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Manage programs related to Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability.
  • Foster a safety-oriented workplace by keeping employees informed of the latest safety requirements.
  • Present data effectively to various levels of staff, including associates, peers, and management.
  • Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to employees.

Compensation:
Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000.00.
