Job Title: Head of Invoice to Cash, NA GBS

As a key member of the North American Global Business Services (GBS) management team, the Head of Invoice to Cash, NA GBS will be responsible for driving the transformation and execution of functional business processes in accordance with Service Level Agreements aligned with KH NA business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the transformation and everyday execution of functional business processes in accordance with Service Level Agreements aligned with KH NA business partners.
  • Work in partnership with offshore third-party Business Process Outsourcing partners to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and business results.
  • Find opportunities for improvement, coordinate the implementation of best practices, and align the organization with operational standard processes and KPIs.
  • Serve as a key member of the North American GBS management team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation, and Business Value.
Requirements:
  • Experience in dynamic leadership roles within finance in Food and Beverage and/or related CPG industry exposure with detailed understanding of invoice to cash processes and with SAP S4 HANA implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results while managing offshore BPO providers.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies clearly. In addition, presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Ability to create and implement critical initiatives that drive tangible business value, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and team management skills, and able to motivate and develop a hard-working team both onshore and offshore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP S4 HANA, High Radius, and/or similar tools.
