1. Monitor and oversee company expenditures, budgeting, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions within the software platform.
2. Produce regular financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, utilizing the full capabilities of QuickBooks Enterprise software.
3. Conduct daily invoicing and verify pricing details within the software system.
4. Precisely enter new product items, sales orders, and pricing information, enhancing the efficiency of the software.
5. Compile monthly sales reports using QuickBooks, leveraging its functionalities for comprehensive insights.
6. Prepare commission reports, utilizing the software for accurate calculations and reporting.
7. Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable processes within the software environment.
8. Execute deposits in accordance with company procedures.
9. Generate and monitor customer rebates and volumes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
1. Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant accounting position.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks software, with a proven ability to maximize software capabilities.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
