Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of related experience strongly preferred
  • Able to attend training sessions without taking multiple days off
  • Must pass Business Communications, Microsoft Excel, and Contact Center Scenario assessment
