Customer Service Advocate

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Gather and confirm information using standardized processes
- Utilize knowledge of company products and services to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of related experience strongly preferred
- Able to attend training sessions without taking multiple days off
- Must pass Business Communications, Microsoft Excel, and Contact Center Scenario assessment
