HSE Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Compliance Specialist to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate data collection for environmental and safety reporting
- Perform and execute monthly compliance reporting for Delta Air Lines
- Maintain OSHA logs for all sites associated with the Delta - Atlanta contract portfolio
- Assist the HSSE Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive EH&S programs and initiatives
- Identify, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions
- Conduct training and ensure proper documentation
- Manage the HSSE training matrix and monthly training assignments
- Audit periodic records and follow established processes
- Collaborate with the account-wide team and share learnings and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in science or technical discipline or 3+ years of experience in EHS or Quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Trained in OSHA 30 General Industry and/or Construction
- Ability to work with on-site HSSE Manager to overcome challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience working in Georgia EPD Title V Air permit reporting
- Experience supporting SWPP and SPCC programs and permits
- Georgia Underground Storage Tank Operator
- ASSP Member
