The Parts Manager will provide leadership and direction to the Parts Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and sales. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, including customer service, sales, receiving, and delivery of parts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Parts Department team, providing coaching, mentoring, and communication of job expectations.
- Oversee the management of the parts inventory control system, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Manage the ordering, distribution, and receiving of parts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Supervise the annual inventory count cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, management, customers, and vendors.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management, in a professional and efficient manner.
- 3+ years of experience in Parts Department operations.
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Industry and/or retail parts experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
