Job Summary

The Parts Manager will provide leadership and direction to the Parts Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and sales. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, including customer service, sales, receiving, and delivery of parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Parts Department team, providing coaching, mentoring, and communication of job expectations.
  • Oversee the management of the parts inventory control system, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Manage the ordering, distribution, and receiving of parts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Supervise the annual inventory count cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, management, customers, and vendors.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management, in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Parts Department operations.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience.
  • Industry and/or retail parts experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
