Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution.
Required Certifications/Licensure:
Unrestricted medical license in Texas.
Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or eligibility for certification within two years.
Current DEA registration for prescribing medications.
Current CPR certification from a recognized provider.
