Core Functions:

  • Accurately complete all required labor tracking documentation.

  • Support prototype development and initial builds as needed.
  • Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting and equipment repair.
  • Document and verify data to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Complete a minimum of ninety days of on-the-job training prior to certification.
  • Maintain professional communication with peers and supervisors.
  • Report issues to the appropriate resources or leadership.
  • Continuously seek improvements in efficiency and product quality.
  • Utilize proper personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Understand and embody the company’s leadership principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a self-directed team environment.
  • Background in manufacturing with furnace operations.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing may be required.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
