Computer Systems Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance. You will analyze client problems with Windows Client & Server operating system skills, including wireless devices and networking equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance
* Analyze client problems with Windows Client & Server operating system skills
* Troubleshoot issues with wireless devices and networking equipment
Requirements:
* Intermediate level of experience with computer systems and hardware
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service skills
