Position Overview

The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the order fulfillment processes for both franchise and corporate warehouses. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring precision and promptness in all operational tasks. Training will be provided to ensure efficiency across all warehouse departments, enabling the timely completion and shipment of all orders.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM-6 PM, Friday 8 AM-5 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and promptly fulfill all franchise and internal parcel and freight orders (including picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, loading, and shipping).
  • Conduct daily inventory counts, restock, rotate, and secure inventory items, while maintaining accurate inventory logs and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Consistently support initiatives aimed at enhancing the franchise and customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping practices in the warehouse.
  • Provide support to other divisions as necessary, collaborating with department managers to ensure resource availability for achieving corporate objectives.
  • Assist with mobile general store operations or annual convention activities as required.
  • Support warehouse management in accomplishing daily operational tasks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, striving to enhance processes and outcomes.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Regularly required to walk, use hands for handling or feeling, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, and communicate verbally. Frequently required to stand and sit. Ability to lift, push, or move up to 75 lbs independently.
  • High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience in a warehouse setting.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced and high-pressure warehouse environment.
  • Standard working hours based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Additional hours may be necessary to complete tasks and projects on time.
  • Minimal travel may be required for business purposes.
  • This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and warehouse tools including hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
