We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Coordinator in Women's Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your specialized knowledge and skills to provide high-quality patient care and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Direct and develop staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
- Participate in the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing considered with agreement to obtain BSN within agreed upon timeframe.
- 2 years clinical nursing experience required in L&D, Women's Services. Management/Leadership experience preferred.
- State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure required.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required to be current upon hire.
- ACLS & NRP certification from American Heart Association or ALS from American Red Cross required within 6 months of employment.
