Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Mass Markets, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Research systems to find missing information as applicable
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
  • Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve common goals
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Adhere to company standards and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
