KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of team processes and methodologies to optimize resource and equipment utilization.
  • Supervise daily employee operations, encompassing training, performance assessments, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with Customers and Internal NOV Departments to identify and schedule rig performance training needs.
  • Partner with the Training Management team to plan, execute, and assess training initiatives aligned with the operational and customer requirements of the organization.
  • Maintain a strategic focus on delivering high-quality training to both internal and external clients.
  • Engage regularly with other departments to stay informed about new projects, products, and training requirements.
  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments and organizing internal and external training sessions and seminars as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication with other departments to gather firsthand insights on new projects and products.
  • Identify and allocate appropriate resources for training on all NOV offerings.
  • Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
GROUP-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee employee expense management and timekeeping systems.
  • Manage project delivery and financial invoicing in collaboration with Administrators.
  • Engage in financial forecasting with management and maintain budget oversight.
  • Generate and document customer quotations in accordance with NOV processes.
  • Participate in customer meetings and support strategic planning sessions.
  • Assist the ALM Group with RPC requirements and support.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferred degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated supervisory experience within the industry.
