Job Summary

The Hunton Group is seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of technical training programs for our HVAC Technicians. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our HVAC Instructor to define goals and measurable objectives for apprentices entering the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and administration of training courses for both virtual and in-person instructor-led training, as well as for external virtual training.
  • Develop and implement testing and assessment procedures to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Design and develop interactive and multimedia instructional programs using the latest technology.
  • Monitor, track, and complete attendance using a learning management system.
  • Collaborate with our HVAC Instructor and Service Managers to develop a yearly training schedule for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or equivalent combination of education and commercial HVAC experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of utilizing LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, and content creation software.
