The Facilities Coordinator I will be an integral part of a vibrant and cooperative team, tasked with delivering exceptional customer service by managing service requests for clients while fostering relationships with service partners in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing a substantial volume of incoming work orders and email correspondence.
- Assessing customer inquiries and determining appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinating with vendor partners for work orders and ensuring timely arrivals.
- Overseeing assigned service requests from initiation to completion while meeting all processing and KPI standards.
- Identifying potential vendor partners to establish collaborative relationships.
- Inputting essential data into the computer system to monitor and follow up on customer requests.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of service requests.
- Responding promptly to phone and email communications, managing high traffic in both channels.
- Effectively communicating with clients, team members, and vendor partners through various channels while keeping communication organized and well-documented.
- Contributing to team objectives by achieving goals set by management.
- Collaborating with managers and team members to resolve issues.
- Prioritizing tasks with overlapping deadlines.
- Working independently and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining composure when faced with a rapidly changing environment and high demands.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications you bring:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance or Construction is advantageous.
A Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or two years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
Must successfully pass background checks and drug testing.
