Position Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Team by managing a substantial volume of requisitions.

Success Metrics:

Success will be measured by adherence to Centria policies, the flawless execution of tasks, and the achievement of personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain precise records of candidates.
  2. Effectively oversee the assigned business market and the pipeline of new candidate applications.
  3. Engage with new applicants and guide them through the recruitment process stages.
  4. Conduct initial phone screenings as part of the recruitment process.
  5. Schedule interviews for candidates who successfully pass the phone screening and align with Centria's values.
  6. Post job requisitions on various job boards and conduct audits of active postings as needed.
  7. Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on progress.
  8. Execute other related tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in administrative roles within a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with laptop/desktop PCs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Proficient in G Suite.

Competencies:

  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
  • Strong expressive and receptive communication skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and producing high-quality work.
  • Proven adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively and independently to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and represent the Centria brand effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Established track record of producing error-free work.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday.
  • Additional hours or schedule adjustments may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and meet company goals.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and moving items up to 30 pounds. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing. Close visual acuity for computer work and data analysis is also necessary.
