Summary
Essential Functions
Supervise Analysts and Coordinators including organizing work to manage priorities, keep supervisors informed, and identify issues to resolve or escalate
Generate, analyze and action data and/or reporting for complex brokerage activity assigned across respective branches and/or agents
Serve as a subject matter expert for accounts receivable and carrier payable processes and systems; maintain accounts receivable and carrier payable backoffice playbooks, including timely communication of changes to Analysts and Coordinators
Additional Responsbilites
Perform and oversee ad-hoc and project-based work as assigned by management
Act as a positive role model to Analysts and Coordinators
Demonstrate an understanding of the freight environment
Leverage prior training and experience
Skills and Abilities
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, Required
Must be skillful at problem solving, self motivated and able to prioritize work load, Required
Ability to think and plan in a proactive and innovative manner Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, Required
Motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance when necessary, Required
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex financial / operational information to various levels to the organization, Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in in business administration, finance, accounting or related field, Required
5 years or more in in Finance, Accounting or Operations, Required
MS Excel such as v-lookups, pivot tables, freezing/unfreezing panes, hiding/un-hiding data, setting print titles & page breaks, linking workbooks, filtering options, and chart formatting options , Required
MS PowerPoint such as working with templates, using multimedia objects and custom animations, adding interactions, and publishing completed presentations , Required
MS Word such as including styles, mail merge, tabs, tables, columns and breaks, graphics, fields, headers and footers, working with margins, page orientation, and spelling/grammar , Required
Experience in the transportation / logistics industries , Required
Knowledge of Ryder's financial systems (FIS, Walker, Hyperion Essbase, Insights) and Field Operations is a plus , Required

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
Compensation ranges for the position are below:
Pay Type :
Salaried
Minimum Pay Range:
65000.00
Maximum Pay Range:
65000.00
The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
