Key Responsibilities
  • Provide lead supervision and guidance to court specialists
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of court documents and records
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve court operations and customer service
  • Collaborate with court staff and other city departments to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Provide training and support to court specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in a court or administrative setting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or public administration
  • Experience working in a court or administrative setting, with a focus on customer service and public contact
  • Knowledge of court procedures and protocols, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency
