Job Summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a range of programs throughout Arizona. As a Medical Credentialing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of provider and facility credentialing processes, primary source verifications, and payer enrollment. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support credentialing departmental activities to ensure quality in conducting, maintaining, and communicating provider and facility credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
  • Verify provider and facility information through primary sources.
  • Enroll providers and facilities with payers.
  • Monitor and update credentialing databases.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to business or healthcare preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a group healthcare setting, including credentialing, verifications, and practitioner health plan enrollment.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 1-3 years of administrative work history or healthcare work history preferred.
