The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and staff during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Responsibilities- Register guests and manage front desk operations during the overnight shift
- Prepare and balance daily reports, including financial transactions and guest information
- Conduct security walks and ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
