Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including owners, general contractors, engineers, and architects to determine project specifications and requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to ensure profitable agreements.
  • Resource Management
    • Determine necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure project completion within budget and timeframe.
    • Plan and schedule construction operations to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide laborers, foremen, and other staff to ensure project completion.
    • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure adherence to quality and health and safety standards.
    • Report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a construction project manager.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, building science, or a relevant field.
    • Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of semiconductor facility construction/maintenance experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
    • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • A team player with leadership abilities.
    • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
