As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the application of Bright Horizons' educational philosophy and core beliefs in all teaching practices, including curriculum development, inclusive education, and instructional methodologies.
- Offering resources, support, coaching, modeling, training, observations, and constructive feedback to educators.
- Utilizing educational quality assessment tools to evaluate program and curriculum execution, creating improvement plans as necessary.
Applicants must successfully complete required background checks and meet the minimum educational and experience standards:
- A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is highly preferred; an Associate degree is required with a plan to complete a Bachelor's degree.
- MA DEEC teacher certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a high-quality educational setting is required, with preference given to those with experience in NAEYC-accredited centers.
- At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience is essential.
