Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance to our customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and effective way.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide informed solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including $45,000 - $55,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
