Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Infra. Technology Specialist to join our team as a Senior Associate with 8 to 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage break-fix, digital desk, SharePoint (centralized services), and other IT infrastructure for Research users in the office.
  • Prepare, image, and build PCs, laptops, configure, and troubleshoot PC and manage end-user hardware and software issues.
  • Experience on Mobile platform, MDM, support iPhone and iPad issues.
  • Manage support on hardware, shell swap, printer, server, racking, and stacking experience.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and share with the client and client leadership.
  • Handle critical incidents such as P1/P2 and communicate to stakeholders proactively.
  • Point of escalation for issues related to the site outside of the Lab environment.
  • Hardware, network, infrastructure, etc. Hands-on experience in server, network, storage, backup technologies.
Requirements
  • Experience in handling Life science environment/client and experience in GXP, GMP environment.
  • Possess a strong technical background in End-user computing, Deskside areas.
  • Being primary point of contact for the site and proactively communicate to stakeholders and high-profile users.
  • Demonstrate expertise in maintaining and managing open invoices.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise applications.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in implementing SharePoint governance and security best practices.
  • Be capable of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system improvements.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing technical projects.
  • Show ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
