Speech-Language Pathology Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school district. As a specialist in speech and language development, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
About the Opportunity
This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and committed to helping them succeed academically and socially.
