Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate, you will receive comprehensive clinical support and mentorship from experienced SLPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Support: Participate in a structured CFY supervision with personalized mentoring, license assistance, and training in essential clinical soft skills.
  • Individualized Care: Administer diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored treatment plans for children with various speech-language disorders.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with OTs, behavior therapists, educators, and fellow SLPs to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
  • Family Education: Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and home management strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all treatment sessions, assessments, and communication with families.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required.
  • Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY): You must be eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for this role.
  • Passion for Working with Children: A passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives is crucial.
