Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to over $110,000 depending on experience and education level. Job Description

This Communications Specialist role involves working as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating inclusive communication pathways and making a positive impact on students' lives. Responsibilities include providing individualized speech therapy sessions, collaborating with educators and staff, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Valid and Active California SL License and Teaching Cert
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • School experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

The interview process typically includes a 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district. Candidates who progress to the next stage will receive an offer within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
