Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the School of Imagination and Happy Talkers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children between the ages of 2 and 5, providing early intervention services and helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will administer diagnostic speech and language evaluations, provide direct patient services, and instruct/educate patients and caregivers following established policies and protocols. They will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality and consistency of care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess pediatric patients with communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and/or neurological defects
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other caregivers to ensure optimal growth and development for each child
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current California license
  • One year of related experience (CFY candidates also considered)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
