Position Overview

The Ultrasound Technician will perform limited obstetric ultrasounds and relay findings to the supervising physician. This role is on a per diem basis, primarily on Saturdays. A comprehensive job description is available upon request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing the ultrasound equipment effectively
  • Communicating the ultrasound procedure to patients
  • Ensuring the ultrasound machine operates correctly throughout the examination
  • Capturing multiple obstetric images, storing them securely, and sharing them with the physician for diagnostic purposes
  • Managing patient medical records and updating them post-examination
  • Informing patients about fetal growth and development
  • Promoting the teachings of Jesus Christ
