Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Nurse (PRN L2) - Medical/Surgery Float Personnel to join our team at Hershey Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to our commitment to excellence.

About the Role

The Staff Nurse will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. This role will involve administering medications, monitoring patient reactions, and reporting symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse and hold a current license to practice in the state of employment. AHA BLS certification is also required prior to the end of the orientation period.
