BryanLGH Medical Center is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse and be certified in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC.

Job Summary

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. This includes managing the care of pediatric and adult patients with various conditions, such as cardiac, respiratory distress, and neurological emergencies.

Responsibilities
  • Initiates assessment and reassessment based on the patient's presenting problems/needs
  • Synthesizes pertinent initial and ongoing patient data to identify nursing priorities for care and desired outcomes/goals
  • Executes therapeutic and/or supportive interventions
  • Provides education for the patient and family to meet identified patient needs
  • Evaluates the patient's response to and effectiveness of interventions
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required
  • ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC required within first year of employment
  • Two (2) years' experience as a Registered Nurse recommended
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
