Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will assist physicians with examinations and procedures, coordinate patient flow, and provide professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain a smooth patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing delays for providers and patients.
- Collect and document subjective and objective data, contributing to accurate patient assessments.
- Make timely and accurate observations, documenting changes in patient condition in the patient chart.
- Respond to calls and messages from patients, pharmacies, hospitals, and other medical offices in a timely manner, as delegated by licensed healthcare providers.
- Assist medical providers with examinations and procedures.
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, disinfected, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Schedule follow-up procedures and appointments, as well as specialty appointments.
- Provide patient education on tests and preparation, ensuring adequate understanding.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and communicate information to the Office Manager.
- Administer injections, vital signs, vision, and auditory testing as delegated.
- Perform other related projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program required.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act required.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
