Position Summary

The Integris Systems Technician (ST) is tasked with delivering frontline technical support for individual end-user issues, covering personal computer, printer, and Windows application concerns. The Systems Technician acts as the first point of contact for client technical support, managing requests received through electronic communication or the client portal. The ST may fulfill their duties from the service desk or in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee service requests via electronic communication and the client portal.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for straightforward issues within single-user system environments.
  • Accurately document troubleshooting efforts within the ticketing system.
  • Assist Professional Services with client onsite deployments as necessary.
  • Follow established client support documentation.

Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or the ability to obtain A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals within 6 months.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements:

  • Preferably, at least 1 year of service-related experience.
  • Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
