Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our satellite television and internet services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain satellite television and internet services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder and lift heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in varying climates and weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
