Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of assigned work groups in a Supply Chain Logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision of Supply Chain Ops Supervisors, SNE, and other hourly employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company and location policies, procedures, and work instructions to provide a safe and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with production teams and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and solve operational issues through continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience required.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision.
